Total Reflection X-ray focusing mirror drive FMP-1000A series
Features | Design | Configuration | Specification | Data | Delivery Record
This is a mirror positioning system to be installed in the monochromatic or white x-ray beamline from a synchrotron radiation source in order to remove harmonics, by the principle of the dependence of the total reflection critical angle on the photon energy, and to focus x-ray one or two dimensionally with a mirror bender.
Features
- Our own developed mirror-bending mechanism (patent) with high-precision and reliability, which enables bending on both sides.
- High-precision positioning available in each axis independently (X, Z, θx, θz) keeping mirror bent condition.
- Easily attainable HV pressure because of the completely oil-free mechanism inside the vacuum chamber (without any vacuum grease).
- Flexible customisation of the design available in consideration of the materials (SiO 2, SiC, Si, etc.), the shape (plane, cylindrical) and the size of the mirror itself and the outgoing direction (up, down, horizontal) of the beam.
- Special specification model available as well as the standard (without water cooling, HV compatible) for example High heat load model with indirect water cooling and UHV compatible model for soft x-ray.
