Mirror bender systems ready for SPring-8 in the factory
All mirror bender systems from Toyama are individually customised to suit the requirements of the beamline where they are to be installed. Mirrors can be cooled with water or liquid nitrogen if required. All are based on our highly successful mirror bender FMP-1000A, evolving to meet the requirements placed by the third generation synchrotrons.
On these pages you can see drawings and specifications for some of the latest liquid nitrogen cooled mirror benders that we have supplied to SPring-8 for beamlines BL28XU and BL43LXU which are under construction in 2011.
